Andrew Blench A.C.C.

Andrew Blench is an accredited leadership coach with the International Coaching Federation. He has over 40 years professional experience gained from the civil service, NHS, financial services and latterly education. Andrew has a PGCE from the University of Chester in Personal and Business Coaching. He has trained in Transactional Analysis, Nuero Linguistic Programming and IKIGAI. His aim is to empower indviduals and teams to live their best intentional life. A life lived with intention, purpose, meaning and joy. Whilst not limited to any niche he often finds himself working with Leaders and Entrepreneurs in the areas of Career Planning, Confidence, Resilience and Stress Management. Having a degree in Theology and extensive experience in Christian Ministry also equips Him to work in the areas of faith and spirituality.
